Our BBL Turkey prices are fixed packages in US dollars. Each procedure has three tiers: Standard, Premium and Ultimate. The surgeon, hospital and safety standards are the same in every tier. Only the length and comfort of your recovery stay change.

Standard packages include one hospital night and five hotel nights. Premium adds a second hospital night, seven hotel nights and more massages. Ultimate gives nine hotel nights in a suite, a private nurse at the hotel and extended follow-ups. The Mommy Makeover has longer stays in every tier because it is a bigger operation.
A BBL in Turkey usually costs a third or less of the UK or US price. The gap is even wider than it looks, because UK and US quotes rarely include a hotel, transfers or aftercare.

Standard suits healthy patients who travel with a companion and want the lowest price. Premium is our most chosen tier, because the extra nights and massages make the flight home easier. Ultimate is best for combined surgery, revisions or anyone who wants a nurse close by. If you are not sure, ask your coordinator. They will never push you to a higher tier you do not need.
The American Society of Plastic Surgeons notes that swelling and recovery after buttock fat grafting take weeks. Extra time near your surgeon is often worth the cost.

A slim patient needing a Skinny BBL pays less than someone who needs a full BBL 360 with hip dip work. A BBL revision costs more because scar tissue makes the surgery slower and harder.
Moving from Standard to Premium adds about $1,000 for most procedures. Ultimate adds about $2,500. You pay for a longer, more comfortable stay, not for a different surgeon.
Adding liposuction to the arms or thighs, or combining a BBL with a tummy tuck or breast surgery, adds theatre time. That raises the price. It also may extend your stay.
Package prices stay the same all year. But flights and hotel extras cost more in school holidays. Booking early gives you more dates to choose from.

If you combine two procedures in one operation, the second one is discounted. You also pay for only one hotel stay, one set of transfers and one flight.
Common pairs include a BBL with arm or thigh liposuction, or a BBL with a tummy tuck. A Mommy Makeover is itself a combined plan, which is why it gives good value. Your surgeon will only combine surgery when it is safe. Long operations carry more risk, so some patients are advised to split their surgery into two trips. The package builder shows the discount, and your written quote confirms it.
A 30% deposit secures your surgery date. You pay the balance in Istanbul, after you meet your surgeon and agree the plan.
If your tests show that surgery would not be safe, your surgeon will not operate and your deposit is refunded. You can move your date once, free of charge, with at least 14 days' notice. Our FAQ page sets out the full cancellation terms.

A BBL costs less in Turkey because running costs are lower, not because care is worse. Wages, rent and daily costs in Istanbul are lower than in London or New York. The exchange rate helps, too.

The right BBL cost Turkey figure for you depends on the procedure your body needs. Here is what each one costs, what it does and who it suits.
The BBL 360 is our most booked procedure. It removes fat from the waist, back and flanks and moves it to the buttocks. Most patients stay seven to ten days and return to desk work in two to three weeks.
The Skinny BBL is for slim patients with little spare fat. The aim is a natural lift, not a large size change. It is the lowest-priced BBL in our range, and recovery is often a little quicker.
The BBL for hip dips adds fat grafting to the sides of the hips. It costs more than a BBL 360 because the surgeon treats extra areas with fine, careful layers of fat.
A Mommy Makeover combines several operations, often a tummy tuck, breast surgery and a BBL. It needs a longer stay of 10 to 14 days. Paying for one trip instead of three is where much of the value comes from.
360 liposuction shapes the waist and back without fat transfer. It is the lowest price on our list and has the shortest stay, often five to seven days.
A revision corrects a past result, such as uneven sides or lost volume. It costs more because the surgeon must work around scar tissue. An ultrasound review comes first, so you know what can be fixed before you pay.
Add your return flight to the package price. From the UK, many patients pay a few hundred pounds for flights. So a BBL 360 Standard package plus flights is still far below the UK price for surgery alone.

The remaining 70 per cent is paid in Istanbul after your in-person consultation and pre-operative tests, before surgery takes place. If your tests show that surgery would not be safe for you, your surgeon will not operate and your deposit will be refunded. As soon as your deposit is received, you will get a written confirmation detailing your procedure, dates and full price.
Every BBL Turkey package covers your surgeon's fee, anaesthesia, the operating theatre, pre-operative blood tests, your hospital stay, hotel accommodation in Istanbul, VIP transfers between the airport, hotel and clinic, compression garments, a BBL pillow, prescribed medication, post-operative check-ups and a lymphatic drainage massage. You will also have a dedicated English-speaking coordinator on WhatsApp throughout your trip and for aftercare once you are home. Flights, travel insurance, meals outside the hotel and any extra nights are not included, so please budget for these separately.
You can pay your deposit by bank transfer or card, and the balance in Istanbul by card, bank transfer or cash in pounds, euros or US dollars. You can reschedule once free of charge with at least 14 days' notice. If you cancel more than 30 days before surgery, your deposit is refunded less a 10% administration fee; within 30 days it can be credited towards a new date within 12 months. The lower price reflects lower operating costs rather than lower standards. Staff wages, hospital overheads, rent and insurance are all considerably cheaper in Istanbul than in London or Manchester, and the exchange rate means your pounds or euros go further. Istanbul's hospitals also perform a high volume of cosmetic procedures, which keeps costs efficient. The surgeons, equipment and accreditation are comparable to what you would find privately in Europe.
