These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bblturkey.uk and any treatment package arranged through BBL Turkey. By using this website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of this website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce or redistribute its content, including text, photographs and before and after images, without our written permission. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that the website will be free from errors or available without interruption.

Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified surgeon. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are prepared after your online consultation and are based on the information and photographs you provide. Each quote is valid for 30 days from issue. Your surgeon may adjust the surgical plan after examining you in person; if this affects the price, you will be informed and asked to agree before surgery proceeds. Prices are quoted in US dollars, British pounds or euros as stated on your quote.
Deposits and payment
A deposit of 30% of the package price is required to confirm your surgery date. The balance is payable in Istanbul before surgery, by card, bank transfer or cash. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received and acknowledged in writing.
Rescheduling and cancellation
- You may reschedule free of charge once, provided you give at least 14 days' notice. Your deposit is transferred to the new date, which must fall within 12 months.
- If you cancel more than 30 days before surgery, your deposit is refunded less a 10% administration fee.
- If you cancel within 30 days of surgery, the deposit is non-refundable but may be credited towards a future booking within 12 months at our discretion.
- If your surgeon decides on medical grounds that surgery cannot safely proceed, your deposit will be refunded in full, less any costs already incurred for tests or hotel nights.
Package inclusions and exclusions
Unless stated otherwise in your quote, packages include surgery, anaesthesia, hospital stay, pre-operative tests, hotel accommodation, VIP transfers, compression garments, post-operative medication and remote aftercare. Packages do not include flights, travel insurance, visas, meals outside the hotel, personal expenses, additional nights or treatment for unrelated medical conditions. We strongly recommend specialist medical travel insurance.
Fitness to fly
Your surgeon will assess whether you are fit to fly before your return. If you are advised to delay travel, any extra accommodation or flight change costs are your responsibility unless the delay results from a complication covered by your package. You must follow all pre- and post-operative instructions, including disclosing your full medical history.
Limitation of liability
BBL Turkey acts as a coordinator between patients and independent medical providers. Surgical care is provided by the treating surgeon and hospital, who are responsible for clinical decisions. Results vary between individuals and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as flight cancellations or natural disasters. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
